Mineral Surveyor	Mr. Manatos began his professional career at JFC as a Surveyor in 1971, became a Professional Land Surveyor in 1975 with subsequent registration in six other states, and was appointed U.S. Mineral Surveyor by the BLM in 1979. He was elevated to Manager of Land Surveying in 1979 and is presently President / Director of Surveying. He has overseen the general business management of the firm since 1995. During his tenure as Director of Surveying, the department has continually grown in number of personnel and technological tools. The client base and range of surveying services continues to expand. He has helped train and educate seven individuals who obtained their own PLS. Mr. Manatos has been actively involved in the profession and is one of the few individuals that has been president of three State of Wyoming professional organizations.

She has supervised several civil design projects including: Rock Springs Halliburton Facility; LaBarge Creek Fish Barrier; Layos Subdivision; and other smaller civil projects. Ms. Allen has written several technical reports including Abandoned Mine Lands Grouting Mitigation Reports, Instream Flow Studies, Rock Springs West Area Storm Water Management Plan, and Lander, Wyoming's Water Master Plan.
CRAIG A. SHAUERS, PLS - SECRETARY / TREASURER & PRINCIPAL

As JFC's Senior Project Surveyor, Mr. Shauers plays a major role in intercommunications, briefings, and meetings concerning the project effort or review of a boundary survey. He has been involved as Project Surveyor on many of the firm's boundary surveys and is experienced in researching courthouse records to determine ownerships. He is also one of the firm's CAD specialists and his experience is essential in the development of any drawings, plats, or maps.

He has considerable geotechnical engineering experience with foundation analysis and design, site development, subsurface soil investigations, and construction of foundations for residential and commercial buildings with JFC and previously with the firms Aspen Mountain, Inc., and R & M Engineering Consultants.

Experienced in numerous types of surveys, he provides his survey crews the necessary leadership and coordination to complete their projects successfully. Mr. Kaumo also performs marketing services and directs JFC's safety program. He is proficient in AutoCAD, GPS as well as conventional surveying practices. Mr. Kaumo has extensive experience in route selection for pipelines and power lines. He is familiar with obtaining rights-of-way across private, state, and federal lands. Mr. Kaumo has supervised projects that involve the use of aerial photography, conventional survey and GPS techniques, and utilized CAD to provide a high quality final product to our clients.

He joined JFC in 1979 having varied experience in the engineering and surveying fields. Mr. Kent is integral in preparation and organization of mapbase systems. Mr. Kent is also one of the firm's resident experts on computer aided drafting and design. He is extremely familiar with AutoCAD and has written Auto-Lisp routines to facilitate links to various mapping systems. In addition to the above, he is the IT Manager of JFC's computer services group responsible for maintaining computer and network hardware and software.

Mr. Lyman is currently managing JFC's testing lab and personnel.
CHIHIRO K. MATHER - DESIGN DRAFTER / GIS TECHNOLOGIST
EDUCATION MA Economics, University of Nevada Reno, 2001 MB Economics, University of Nevada Reno, 1996	Ms. Mather has over 7 years experience using GIS and GIS related technologies. She received an internship from the Regional Transportation Commission in Reno, NV helping digitize regional bus and bike routes as well as creating maps for clients. Using demographic, traffic, and marketing analysis with GIS at the Nevada Small Business Development Center, she was able to help entrepreneurs find the right location for their business. From 2003 to 2006, Ms. Mather was employed in Pennsylvania State University's Land Analysis Laboratory working on various spatial analysis projects involving agriculture and community planning.
CARL R. GERRARD, PE - PROJECT ENGINEER
EDUCATION BS Architectural Engineering, University of Wyoming, 2002 REGISTRATIONS Professional Engineer - Wyoming No. 11789	Mr. Gerrard graduated from the University of Wyoming and began working for JFC in spring 2003. His experience includes site design, grading plans, and subdivision construction plans. Mr. Gerrard also provided construction inspection for the BLM building located north of Rock Springs. In addition to the above, he has hydrology experience that includes the design of the Summit Drive Storm Water Drainage Channel in Rock Springs and Instream Flow Analysis for the Wyoming Water Development Commission.

EDUCATION BS Architectural Engineering (mechanical option), University of Wyoming	Mr. Ferrero recently graduated from the University of Wyoming and began working part time for JFC as a Field Surveyor in 2001 (summer hire) and started full time in 2003 as a Design Draftsman and Surveyor. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Versions 12 through 2000 and the Trimble TSC1 GPS Surveying System. He is currently pursuing licensure as a Land Surveyor through the University of Wyoming Outreach Program.
JAMES E. KING, PG - PROJECT GEOLOGIST
EDUCATION BS Geology, Brigham Young University REGISTRATION Professional Geologist Wyoming No. 2556	Mr. King holds a BS in Geology and is a registered Professional Geologist in Wyoming. During his 17 years with JFC, Mr. King has served as the Project Geologist primarily for numerous Abandoned Mine Lands Drill and Grout Projects conducted by the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Abandoned Mine Lands Division, in Rock Springs, Kemmerer/Diamondville, and Hanna, Wyoming. Mr. King has produced plan sets for several of these jobs using AutoCAD. Mr. King supervised exploratory drilling near Kemmerer to assist WYDOT in the re-alignment of State Highway 189. Mr. King has also assisted in several on-site inspections throughout the state including private homes and businesses for the Abandoned Mine Lands Subsidence Insurance Program.

Mr. Brown has served as a Inspector and Geologist for the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Abandoned Mine Land Division, and is currently working in the Geotechnical Testing Department.
JOSEPH M. LISON, EIT - PROJECT ENGINEER
EDUCATION BS Civil Engineering, University of Wyoming, 1986 REGISTRATION EIT, Wyoming	Mr. Lison has been with JFC since 1988. He has assisted the professional engineering staff with structural analysis, design of concrete and steel, drafting of preliminary and working drawings, and preparation of construction cost estimates for numerous projects. Mr. Lison has designed structural components of buildings, bridges and other structures. Designs included the structural analysis and design of steel, timber and concrete structures. Mr. Lison has extensive experience with a number of computer applications including AutoCAD, Land Desktop, AutoArchitect and AutoCAD LT. He has used the ECOM structural analysis and design program for steel, timber and concrete. Also, he has experience with other structural programs including Eaglepoint and WinSTRUDLE.
MATTHEW B. DEVITT, EIT
Education - BS Civil Engineering, University of Wyoming, 2003	Mr. Devitt's experience includes general site design, grading and soil quantities, structural steel frame design for Bridger Coal and structural inspections for residential homes. Mr. Devitt's transportation experience includes the design of a railroad spur, auxiliary lanes and entrance for the new Halliburton Energy Services project. He has experience in hydraulics and hydrology that include water distribution design, sanitary sewer design, and open channel drainage design. He has also done some construction inspections for the City of Evanston, Wyoming.
ROBERT P. FABIAN - SENIOR FIELD ENGINEER
EDUCATION AS Engineering, Western Wyoming Community College, Rock Springs WY BS Industrial Management, University of Wyoming, Laramie WY	Mr. Fabian has been with JFC since 1988 and is currently the Senior Field Engineer for the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Abandoned Mine Lands Division's drilling and grouting projects in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He has participated in the pre-design, design, post-design, construction, and post-construction phases of AML project work. Mr. Fabian has been directly involved with a total of 30 AML projects with $33 million in construction costs.
