Mr.
Manatos began his professional career at JFC as a Surveyor in
1971, became a Professional Land Surveyor in 1975
with
subsequent
registration in six other states, and was appointed U.S. Mineral
Surveyor by the BLM in 1979. He was elevated to Manager of Land
Surveying in 1979 and is presently
President / Director of Surveying. He has overseen the
general
business
management of the firm since 1995.
During his
tenure as Director of Surveying,
the department has continually grown in number of
personnel and technological
tools. The client base and range of surveying services continues to
expand. He has helped train and
educate seven individuals who obtained their own PLS. Mr. Manatos has
been actively
involved in the profession and is one of the few individuals that has
been president of three
State of Wyoming professional organizations.

Ms.
Allen has 18 years experience in civil engineering including hydrology

systems. She has

Subdivision;
and other smaller
civil projects.

Allen has written several technical reports including Abandoned Mine
Lands
Grouting Mitigation Reports, Instream Flow Studies, Rock
Springs
West Area Storm Water Management Plan, and
Lander, Wyoming's Water Master Plan.

Shauers has served as Project Surveyor on many of JFC's major
surveying and construction projects. As JFC's Senior
Project Surveyor, Mr. Shauers
plays a major role in intercommunications, briefings, and meetings

the project effort or review of a boundary survey. He has
been
involved as
Project Surveyor on many of
the firm's boundary
surveys and is
experienced in researching
courthouse records to determine ownerships. He is
also
one of the firm's
CAD specialists and his experience is essential in the development of
any
drawings, plats, or maps. |

Mr. Kaumo
has been with JFC for a
total of 18 years.He has served as Field Surveying Supervisor since
1995. Experienced in numerous types of surveys, he provides his survey
crews the necessary leadership and coordination to complete their
projects
successfully. Mr.
Kaumo also performs
marketing services and directs JFC's safety program. He is proficient
in
AutoCAD, GPS as well as
conventional surveying practices. Mr. Kaumo has extensive
experience in route
selection for
pipelines and power lines. He
is familiar
with obtaining rights-of-way across private, state, and federal
lands. Mr.
Kaumo has
supervised projects that involve the use of aerial photography,
conventional
survey and GPS techniques, and
utilized CAD to provide a high quality final product to
our

Ms. Mather
has over 7 years experience using GIS and GIS related
technologies. She
received an internship from the Regional Transportation Commission in
Reno, NV helping digitize regional
bus and bike routes as well as creating maps for clients.
Using demographic, traffic, and marketing analysis with GIS at
the
Nevada Small
Business
Development Center, she was able to help entrepreneurs
find the right location for their business. From 2003 to 2006, Ms.
Mather was employed in
Pennsylvania State University's Land Analysis
Laboratory working on various spatial analysis projects involving
agriculture and community planning.

Mr. Gerrard

experience that includes the design of the Summit Drive Storm Water
Drainage Channel in Rock Springs and Instream Flow Analysis

Mr. King holds a BS in Geology and is a registered
Professional
Geologist
in Wyoming. During his 17 years with JFC, Mr. King has
served as the Project Geologist primarily for numerous Abandoned Mine
Lands Drill and Grout Projects conducted by the State of Wyoming,
Department of Environmental Quality, Abandoned Mine Lands Division, in
Rock
Springs,
Kemmerer/Diamondville, and Hanna, Wyoming. Mr. King has
produced plan
sets for several of these jobs using AutoCAD. Mr. King
supervised exploratory drilling near Kemmerer to assist WYDOT in the
re-alignment of State Highway 189. Mr. King has also assisted in
several on-site inspections throughout the state
including private homes and businesses for the Abandoned Mine Lands
Subsidence Insurance Program. |

Mr. Lison has been with JFC since 1988. He has
assisted the
professional engineering staff with structural analysis, design of
concrete and steel, drafting

estimates for numerous projects. Mr. Lison has
designed structural components
of buildings, bridges and other structures. Designs included the
structural analysis and design
of steel, timber and concrete structures. Mr. Lison has extensive
experience with a number of computer applications including AutoCAD,
Land Desktop, AutoArchitect and AutoCAD LT. He has
used the ECOM structural analysis and design program for steel, timber
and concrete. Also, he has experience with

has been with JFC since 1988 and is
currently the Senior Field Engineer for the Wyoming Department of Environmental

design,
post-design, construction, and post-construction phases of AML project
work. Mr. Fabian has been directly involved
with a total of 30 AML projects with $33 million in construction
costs.
