Professional Administrative Assistant

JFC Engineers & Surveyors is seeking a highly organized, dependable Professional Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily office operations. The applicant should be detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and discretion.

What You’ll Do

· Accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.

· Use of accounting, inventory, database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to maximize productivity.

· Clerical duties including preparation of documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

· Vendor and client relations including associated reporting documents.

· Maintaining business and financial records.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree, technical school, or equivalent.

· Two or more years of previous administrative or office experience as well as bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
